    The business building
    The freshly renovated commercial building is located in the popular district of Kaßberg, one of the most representative residential and business areas in Chemnitz. The cultural monument was built in 1894 at the time of historicism and the beginning of Art Nouveau. The richly structured facade was recreated with natural stone elements. These were carefully adapted to the historic building structure and take into account all the concerns of the local monument authority. The elaborately crafted window frames and crownings give the house a stately expression. There are 10 parking spaces outside.
