Mr. Hartrampf, Managing Director of the ASE Real Estate GmbH, has brought extensive entrepreneurial know-how into the company. The Berlin born entrepreneur was already involved in investment business during his studies and later worked in well-known companies before settling down in 1985 as an independent entrepreneur. Mr. Hartrampf holds 100% of the company shares.

ASE Real Estate GmbH has successfully implemented over 70 various projects. On the one hand, the focus is on the conception and construction of residential and commercial buildings. Additionally, historical buildings & cultural landmarks have been integrated into the core competence. Mr. Hartrampf: “We see ourselves as a property development company that offers the customer a complete service range from planning and engineering to the renovation and privatization of historical buildings & cultural landmarks “.

The market is not easy, even for the experienced property developer. “Our market partners are often communal building societies,” says Mr. Hartrampf. “In order to survive in this competition, we have to be flexible and fast. Mr. Hartrampf delegates special tasks to external partners so that he never loses track of things. “For example, we work exclusively with external officially appointed appraisers.

Mr. Hartrampf, who also devotes himself to corporate controlling, recognizes the importance of reporting on the status of the respective projects. “We are known for detailed and punctual reporting,” he emphasizes. In addition to its cost-effectiveness and reliability, the energetic company is also distinguished by its quality. In 1997, one of its buildings was named as a European Cultural Landmark.

Mr. Hartrampf plans market-compatible growth for the future. This is to be achieved, among other things, by handling larger projects. “In the future, we intend to step-up the intensity of our work with our cooperation partners. Insurance and investment companies would round off our portfolio perfectly.”
